Photography, to me, is more than just a hobby; it's a way of preserving memories and emotions that would otherwise fade into the abyss of forgotten experiences. This meshes perfectly with my other great hobby, which is travel!

Through my blog, I aim to immortalise my experiences in travel and photography - attempting to capture the essence of each location, culture, and encounter. Hopefully I can share some tips and advice to fellow adventurers and photographers along the way.

A shot I took of the Ayasofya/Hagia Sophia in Istanbul in 2017. Through the years it has been an Eastern Orthodox Cathedral, a Latin Catholic Cathederal, a Muslim Mosque and a museum. The present building is the third building after the first two collapsed, and was built in 537 A.D.!!!
